2-14-18 -HSPU, 5x10 -kb ss, 2x50 -open hands -tekpi
50 HSPU is a lot for me. Towards the end, I cheated a bit. The second set of swings offered a bit of resistance too.

There were some workouts since the last post. . .just don't remember what they were. 2-26-18 -ATFLBR, 30 -BP, 160, 5x10 -FU pullups, 5x5 -Tuck planche raises, 5x5 -Tuck lever raises, 5x5 -rope skipping When I started the assisted 1 arm pull-ups, i would get severe hand cramps from pulling with two or three fingers to assist the working arm. I am pleased that these cramps all but disappeared, even as I have been reducing the number of fingers doing he assisting ( down to one now). The next steps, I imagine, are lock-offs, then 1 arm negatives, and finally OAPU.

meguroI left that job in 2011. I went to do IT for a medical practice that I left this year to be a coach full time. Now I am enjoying work a lot more!
