1min on/1 min kata - Jump Rope for 10 minutes
Then 10 minutes Marching F/B/L with 20# vest and 1# pair of clubs.
Forgot how much I like Jump Rope. That is going back in!

Today OS Flow 6 Rounds 1- OA SL x10 @28kg 8 Seiken Push Ups OA SR x10 @28kg 8 Seiken Push Ups 2- OA SL x10 @28kg 7 Seiken Push Ups OA SR x10 @28kg 7 Seiken Push Ups 3- OA SL x10 @28kg 6 Seiken Push Ups OA SR x10 @28kg 6 Seiken Push Ups 4- OA SL x10 @28kg 5 Seiken Push Ups OA SR x10 @28kg 5 Seiken Push Ups 5- OA SL x10 @28kg 4 Seiken Push Ups OA SR x10 @28kg 4 Seiken Push Ups 6- OA SL x10 @28kg 3 Seiken Push Ups OA SR x10 @28kg 3 Seiken Push Ups Then ENSHIN Kata from Ryu Sui down to Shiro. Avoiding anything that causes any irritation in the wrist so Dips are out for now.

Swing x10@28kg - 2TH,2L,2TH,2L,2TH Seiken Push up x7 Swing x10@28kg - 2TH,2R,2TH,2R,2TH Seiekn Push Up x7
Swings same for the next 6 rounds but Push ups laddered down to 1 with the last few sets with feet elevated and final set with only one leg.
Total 140 Swings, 52 push ups.

Busy with private clients at the Gym this AM but I did do an OS FLOW and then 10 min jump rope. Dojo tonight.

Knuckle Push Ups and Single Leg Deadlifts
Started with SLDL x3 @28kg L and Push Up x4 Then SLDL x3 @28kg R and Push up x4
Laddered up the Push ups to 8 and then back down.
Total 104 Push Ups and 27 SLDL per side.
Then I did Enshin kata Nidan down to 1st Kyu.

OS Flow Chain Marching 85# chain 8 rounds of 100' Lat pulls 5 x10 @ 96lbs
long break for coaching then
Learning to properly aka awesomely barbell DL
That was fun and we found my 5 rep technical max around 155 so I will start there.

Then 10 minutes Still with 20# vest Farmers Walks 2x32kg 80' Marching Lateral and Backwards Ended up around 4 rounds of that in the time.

*Doing deadlifts now on Tues/Thurs with Barbell
OS Flow 10 Rounds
Knuckle Push Up x10 -varied single leg and even "hardstyle" where you pull in a more diagonal plane- HARDER for sure. Steering Wheel KB Carries @24kg x80' - Hold a kettlebell out in from about 12" from you chest. Your Lats,Biceps,Deltoids and abs all engage. Pull up/Chin Up x2
That ended up being tough by rounds 8-9-10 but I got it done.
Try those steering wheel carries. Simply brutal but effective.

Hollow dips x5 (tested 1-2 and the wrist was fine lets see what tomorrow holds...) Goblet Squat x 5 @32kg Carries A/B Odds were A with 2x32kg farmers walks and Evens were B with a 1x24kg Steering wheel carry Enshin Kata (Ryu Sui/Kogeki/Cha/Midori&Kiiro/Aoi&Shiro)
Dips felt easier than when I was doing them before. Volume of push ups helped that!
