Never underestimate the value of a support group. I've been lucky in my life to have had a sense of belonging in different areas. Fire Brigade, Karate and various fund raising groups. When you're feeling strong they're just there in the background, you put energy in rather than taking it out. But it's when you're unwell they really come good. Gary

Good news for Loughborough Enshin The gym we've been using for years on a Saturday has moved to a new building. While I loved the old place all the weights and aerobic machines were right next to the mat. The other gym users liked their music so it could be distracting. (Not a bad thing for advanced students but hard for novices) In the new place the dojo is a little seperate from the gym. The coffee bar / seating area links the two but anyone on the 'dojo' side will be with us or working bags/pads, not clanging weights. The music is now 'background' not 'motivating '. So I'm delighted. We're taking a slot on Wednesday night from 1900hrs as well, so we're back to twice a week. Any KDF members are very welcome to drop by. Gary
