1-DEB 2-HeavyBag 3-DEB 4-Heavybag 5-Deb
Total time about 15 minutes
9 on the sweaty and the rubbery meter.

1-Dynamic Warmup 2-Kihon-Yoko Geri and Kansetsu Geri 3-Kata-Shiro and Aoi 4-Heavybag 5-DEB 6-Kata-Kiiro and Midori 7-Heavybag 8-DEB 9-Kata-Cha and Kogeki 10-Heavybag
Still working on power in the Gedan Mawashi Geri on the heavybag and the right Ushiro Mawashi Geri angle and hit.
8 Sweaty,6 Rubbery

Dang.
I stayed late at the dojo sparring with the new guy who trained Kyokushin in Okinawa with some K-1 hopefuls. He kicks like a mule and has the stamina of Medguy.
I was very humbled. Now I know for sure I need more speed and stamina.
Today.
Modified Magic 50
Set 1 5 Swings and 5 Snatches each arm 5 burpee's then front right deltoid got mad so I decided to switch to Knee Tuck Jumps with a R-L Mawashi Geri added in.
Sets 2-5 were 5 Swings and 5 Snatches each arm 10 Knee Tuck Jumps with a R-L Mawashi Geri with each one.
Pretty cooked after that.
