3-21-12 -20 LSit chin-ups -1 min Lsit bent arm hold, 40 sec commando grip bent arm hold, 10 bent arm grip transitions -HSPU (3x10), bent arm handstand holds (3x10secs) -10 mins weighted jumping hiza geri (190x40lbs)
The tobi hiza geri with the Bulgarian bag starts out easy. Towards the end my traps were getting a little weary from the bag resting across them.
3-19-12 -db squat cleans (100lbs; 10,8,5,5,5)

3-22-12 -10 min jump rope
I found my misplaced Valeo jump rope. I'd forgotten how easy it is to use a rope with ball bearings.

3-27-122 -10 minutes of KB swinging (24 kgs, 225)
I got through the first 100 swings pretty quickly, about 2 minutes. It was an uphill struggle after that as my grip endurance petered out.
3-26-12 -close grip, Lsit chin-ups (3x20) -bent-arm handstand holds (25 secs, 15 secs, 20 secs) -db squat cleans (100lbs, 8x3, 3 breath rests between sets)
The short rests between sets made the db squat cleans nasty.

WOW. Good pace on your swings. I'm happy at 40/min with the 24kg.
Don't know if you are doing 1 or 2 hand swings, but it always seems like 2 handed swings wear my grip out faster than the one hand alternating every 10.

Don't hold me to that time, sotacram. I was using the kitchen timer. ;D If I pushed it, maybe 2'15". 2 arm swings definitely are more taxing on the grip, but you get to swing faster. Today I did a mix of alternating single arm swings and doubles (2'35" says the G-Shock).
3-29-12 - L-sit pull-ups (3x20) - HSPU (3x10), Bent arm handstand holds (3x10 secs) - 100 kb swings - straight arm isos (3x30 secs) - single stick fanning drill 2x3mins

Elbow's a little sore from yesterday so I stayed off the bar. 3-30-12 -single db pp (2x50, 24 kgs) - 10 mins rope skipping
The db acquired a little plate and is now 24 kgs. It took about 8 minutes for the push presses. The 10 minutes of rope skipping seemed like a long time with the faster rope.

I don't remember what I did prior to this morning's workout. Nothing too different. 4-5-12 -Advanced tuck, front-lever pull-ups (3x20) -1 min on/ 1 min off db squats (2x24 kgs, 40)
The squats were rough. Not a lot of weight, but not a lot of rest either. 8 mins.

Nothing major to report. 4-18-12 -20 close grip, chin-ups, 40 sec and 30 sec hold at the top -6x4, hang power clean, push press (2x24 kgs)
4-17-12 -4x50, single arm kb swings (24 kgs)
4-16-12 -10x3, db squat cleans (2x24 kgs)
4-15-12 Silat based knife fighting drills. Looks like push hands, only with a training blade. Easy transition to empty hands.
