Crazy month and we are entering in the 31st week... My wife kindly reminded me the baby could come as early as 6 weeks... Not really logging as well as I should and probably need to do it moreso now. It can be pretty frustrating when you do not have a set time to do work but those small, sporadic workouts throughout the day can really add up. I've taken up the bench press to aide in my pressing. 5 x 5 really easy with minimal rest between. Here are the last couple of weeks that I logged utilizing that time when my car warms up. 20141013 24kg 3 x 3/3 CnP to Windmill 100 untimed swings 20141014 32kg 2H swings 100 Untimed 3 x 1/1 CnPP 20141015 3 Rounds - 32kg 10 2H swings, 10/10 1H Deadlift, 5 FSQT 20141016 24kg 1H Swings 100 Untimed 5/5 CnP to Windmill 20141020 15:00 32kg CnPP 1/1 OTM 20141021 Bench 155 5 x 5 - Day off 20141022 15:00 24kg Rack stair walk. 4 flights down/up, switch arms. 20141023 32kg 2H swings 10 x 10 04:54 timed 32kg rack stair walk. 1 flight down/up, switch arms. Protip: Wear cotton dress pants, preferably ones that are machine washable

LOL. I generally buy the cotton dress pants that are machine washable and also wrinkle resistant!
