500 reps a day is beastly, especially at the weights he was swinging. When I first got my 24, I did breathing ladders and pyramids from1-20-1, which kicked my butt. I'll be doing more breathing ladders/pyramids with the T handle, and will try them with kb snatches too.

This is a pretty interesting website, Kettlebell WOD. It typically has two workouts a day you can choose from - one just for GPP, and one if you are interested in training sport-style (high reps with C&Js and snatches). kettlebellwod.wordpress.com/

Here is some gold from Dan John via his forum at irononline.com
I may take a break from the OAPU via Table for some regular Push Ups to get some hypertrophy going. We shall see.

I love this exercise super set and we've been cycling between this and breathing pyraminds for our warmup at the dojo.
It has a similar effect to tumbling because the body is put through different motions. Up/Down, horizontal up/down and forward, upright.
They know better than to eat a full dinner before coming to the dojo now. Light, easy to digest carbohydrates are suggested.
