Kata between rungs.
Press Test - Went for a 36kg and no go. Came off the shoulder but nothing higher. Tested the 32kg and I can still press that for 1+ reps.
May play with this later. Gonna do a different program for a bit. Still working on swings though.

(played with GTG Hollow position Dips yesterday)
OS Flow Starting a new cycle for a bit.
10 Rounds. OA Swing @28kg x10 Hollow Pos Push Ups x10 (only did 8 sets today kinda tired)
Then 4 minutes Leopard crawling. Did not sleep that well so I did not push it today.
Swings are feeling awesome. The better I get with the lats the better the swing gets and the better my pull ups get.

10 minute timer- Weight Vest 20# + 2x32kg farmers walks with leopard crawling/Spider man crawling for recovery.

Round 4 I only got 2 dips and then did 8 diamond push ups Round 5 only 1 dip and then 10 seiken push ups
2 Min marching and then some breathing exercises.

Nice thing about working for the GYM is I can use it when its really cold...
OS flow at home.
At the GYM. Sandbag (50-60#) Getups 6 minutes - I think I got 4/4 10 min OS Chain Loaded (85#) Spider Man Crawling F/B with some Lateral Marching too.
Smokey but in a good way.

Colder than normal so did not feel like freezing my hands on a KB today.
OS Flow Tried a new jam called 'The Mountain' For my Version I used Seiken Push Ups and normal BW Squats - 1 Push Up 1 Squat, 2 push up , 2 Squat ETC up to 10 and then back down. Tried to do it as fast as I could. When I hit 8 on the way up I took longer breaks.
Pretty cool! Challenging.

OS Flow* (a week or so ago I torqued my right wrist [think it was a bad kb clean..] a bit so laying off the crawling,TGU or pressing for a bit as they seem to be the only things to aggrivate it.)
5 min- 20#vest,1# pair of clubs Marching F/B/L
10 minutes - 20# vest+ 2x32kg bells, Farmers Walks,Suitcase walks and skipping.

Rounds 4 and 5 I did 4 and 5! Dips! Getting much better. Hollow dips are a challenge for me but I am loving this.

Smoker of a class at the dojo last night. Was pretty much non stop- Fast kihon- drills,padwork,partner work,kata- sweaty mess.
