I thought it might be a good idea to have a section where we can post techy questions. Here is mine, How do you get an avatar? I've cropped down an image so it's 78X100 Pixles and uploaded it to my SkyDrive. I've entered the URL for the image in the Avatar URL textbox. Clicked on "Modify Profile" but I still don't have an avatar. Any help would be greatly appreciated

What site are your pictures hosted on? Mine are on Windows Live Sky Drive. I wonder if this is the issue.
I'll try using Flickr:)

Hmm...I used images.google.com and cllicked on the "show full image" and used that URL with no problemo. I don't have much experience with the MSN skydrive but I'm guessing it has something to do with that. Osu!

I would bet the MSN Skydive has some security attached to it that prevents open image hosting.
Osu!

Monty, if you get it sorted, you can do mine too! Ros is all sorted:) For anyone having issues make sure you click in the "Direct Link" text box rather than copying the URL from the address bar(if using Photobucket).

I know I'm just a "digital fool from Holland" but can someone please explain:
On the left side you have "karma" and below that it says "exalt / smite"
Is that: positive / negative?
I allways thought my knowledge of the enghlish language was quite well but now I not so sure anymore..

To 'exalt' is to praise as in Exaltation while to 'smite' is old fashioned and means to visit terror or pain upon. Gary
