I'm going to start this tomorrow. I will keep tabs of it on here, it will probably be a boring thread.
I'll document how I start it, break it up each day, etc. I'm doing this more for myself, so it forces me to do it if I make it a habit of documenting each day.
You're all welcome to chime in if you want, and to take the challenge for yourself! Osu!

Good luck. I hate burpees with a passion.

so how will this work? one the first day... two the second day and so on? Interesting point. I guess re-reading the title it is a good question; I assumed 100 for 100. PO1 - want to clarify? I might prod my wife into joining you. She asked me for 10 home based workouts and hasn't touched one...but challenges, she's all about them

If you break them up into sets of 10-20 and do them throughout the day it wont be so bad.
If you try to knock em out each morning then it will be an ass kicker but you will feel awesome all day.
;D

It doesn't matter how you break them up, you just have to do 100 every day for 100 days . My personal goal by day 50 to be able to do all 100 consequently in a fast fashion. It's just a challenge to myself, not the world's greatest accomplishment but burpies and me have a love/hate relationship that I'd like to develop into marriage xoxo @};- Osu!

Think I might do the same! I like the idea of adding 1 on every night maybe starting with 10 or something! At the moment the only thing I do at home is press ups and sit ups before I go to bed!

Thanks, Hangtime! I"m not complaining. My wife's a peach, and she puts up with a lot. ;D
Po1. I tried something similar to the 100x100. The hard part for me was getting bored. The beginning was OK. I went maybe a week, maybe longer, sticking close to the 100 burpees a day. Then I got lazy, skipped a day, then two. Pretty soon the number of burpees piled up, so that make-up days were like 500 a day to get back on schedule. Ugh.
Now that you got me thinking about it, maybe I'll do 50 a day. Maybe.

I'm still sticking to it, was bored earlier and knocked them out I'm still not at the point where I can do 25x4, but slowly seeing improvement. Hoping in a few months I get there, my ultimate goal is to be able to do 100 at one time with no problem. Osu!
