Oh, Machida is fighting. . .yawn. Dunno, but I'm caught up in the Rousey hype. As her background is Judo, I'm more interested. The other guy drinks his own pee.

Why I liked the Rousey Davis match, all 17-18 seconds of it: - obviously, the sooner you end it, the better for you - closing quickly, not staying in punching range means less chance for a lucky punch to tag you - slamming your opponent to the ground makes them amenable to eating punches The other day a buddy of mine asked me if I could apply any of the technique I uploaded to FB against a boxer. I explained that the hard part was surviving in the punching range. Then I got in his face and applied some technique. Don't box a boxer, and if you don't train, don't call bs.

I saw the highlights but everyone said Machida fought with heart. I wanted him to win but he showed that Weidman isn't "invincible" like people have hyped him up to be.
