I feel great on s & s and stuff I struggled with when I lifted/ran much more seems easier now. Maybe I was constantly recovering before ... WTH? Gary

Poor programming/too much work will do that. In your book I remember your peak training was nuts and no wonder it wore you out!!

Sadly we knew no better, we just pushed ourselves into the ground. Forged a strong spirit and a tolerance for discomfort, but looking back I wonder at what cost?
No use being bitter though. I just wont pass on the same mistakes.
