In an interesting bit of the KB/Strength news. Former Master RKC and SFG Mark Reifkind has teamed up with Kettlebell Fever aka Strength Matters UK to form a new Hardstyle KB cert/foundation. Details here. www.realstrengthmatters.com/realstrengthmatters/level-1-kettlebell-requirementsInteresting that the big test is not a Snatch test but 200 Hardstyle One Arm Swings in 10 minutes. For most men that will be with a 32kg. There is a snatch test later but its different and seems more based on VO2. A bit different than the RKC/SFG but still looks like you will learn a lot.

Looks good.
As an aside I like the option to attend for "personal enrichment". I like that term and may borrow it to describe members that train without seeking belts, trophies or all round awesomeness.
They simply enjoy it and gain satisfaction from the practice. "Fun" trivialises it and "Self improvement" sounds too grand.

Looks like a hybrid between HS and GS. HS in form/idea, GS in volume. I remember seeing a bit of GS work on their YT channel. Glad to see them land there. I also see Mark Toomey on their leadership page.

There will be an SMK cert here in Tucson AZ USA. I will probably attend and certify with them since they are also partnered with Original Strength.
