Sweet! How dense is the padding, po1? Like Thai pads or mushier?

It's a little mushier, but much thicker, which makes up for the mush! Wow, never thought I'd say mush/mushier that many times, in one sentence ! Osu!

Thanks for the info on the quick fix for the quick release, PO1. I will definitely be getting one of these. How much impact can the holder feel through the pad?

My students are able to hold it And I was hitting it much harder than they were. However there is a way to hold this big mitt right and a wrong way. Just like any pad you have to hold this against your body. If you kind of push it away you won't give the striker much resistance. Also did a quick fox of the plastic quick releases which I'll improve on but it's holding up well so far. I took 2 cloth strips and worked them through the quick releases vertically and tied them. I also took athletic tape And wrapped around horizontally so the knot won't come untied which helps enforce the cloth strips to stay in place. If you have never held one of these before it will kind of take some getting used to. It's a different feeling them holding most other pads because you're essentially making yourself into a walking heavy bag! I had my student Duong hold this and he's a bit too short so it didnt work too well for me but when I had BK hold it, it worked well since she's taller than me! Osu!
