Task: Strength
Skipping and dynamic stretches to warm up.
Push presses, Snatches, Pistols/GHR, Chins/pushups, Med ball slams. (Routine 5 from Infinite Intensity)
PNF stretches.
Fast 2 mile walk. Felling good for the first time for two weeks but went easy to get back into things ...

Stiff today!
One hour teaching then
Task: Stamina
20 minutes of Speedplay followed by relaxed stretching.
Then pizza, beer and watch the rugby. Sorted!
