Picked up the Kindle book Original Strength from Tim Anderson & Geoff Neupert (SFG Master Instructor) It is a book about resetting primal movement patterns. Those things that get eroded over time from sitting on chairs at office jobs/watching tv all day. Really good stuff. If you are interested in strength this is a must read. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00C8TSTVS/ref=oh_d__o00_details_o00__i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have "Becoming Bulletproof" and "Pressing Reset" from them. I do the resets at least twice a day. This along with my chiropractor and SFMA have really help to correct a number of issues with my body especially with SI pain, tight hip flexors and adductors. "Original Strength" is on my radar.

Spider-Man Crawls seem to be increasing both range of motion and power in my side kicks, roundhouse kicks and back spinning roundhouse kicks! Try it.

Looks like the OS guys have made a very durable harness for the "loaded" resets

OS has worked so well for me I went and got certified to be an OS Coach. It has rebuilt and enhanced my body in ways that Karate and KB/Barbells was not able to do. I have gained the ability to press much heavier weights, very close to a one arm push up without practicing them,L-Sit pull ups, and move better and faster than ever before. Co Founder Geoff Neupert tells his story here. originalstrength.net/2015/10/piggybacking-i-did-change-the-way-i-move/
