Picked up the Kindle edition of C-mass. C-Mass by Paul WadeNothing really new but he does have some great tips if you are looking for muscle gain and it is well written. I love this part... LOL reading the book. He talks about diet. this is a funny quote.. "The Saxon bros ate cakes and drank beer as a daily staple of their diet. John Grimek used to drive around with oversized Hershey bars for emergencies..."

Cool, thanks for the review MMX. Will pick it up. I do like reading for better bedside training manner. The anecdotes are all the riot.
It's funny that the price on Amazon is $2 cheaper than the 'early bird' pricing in the email list on Dragondoor.com
