Hello - I'd like to know if it's normal to train every day for about 1hr. I used to go to the Dojo 3 times a week, Mon-Wed-Fri from 19:30 to 20:30. I've recently added a new schedule, Tuesday & Thursday morning from 10:30 to 11:30 (working at home now, so my schedule is pretty flexible). Also, we've added an extra hour Mon & Friday for Jiujitsu practice (we even change into judogis and everything). I have to get cracking because my next grading (3rd kyu) is coming up and I have to get busy... 5kg to shed and cardio to do! Is this too much? I'm asking because normally by mid week I'm already feeling a little spent. My sensei suggested that I should take it easy at home too, like avoiding late hours at night (I usually go to bed around 2-3 AM) and not spending too much time on computer/TV. Peace, Osu!

I think it depends on the person. I need a good 6-7 hours sleep a night to feel good. I go to Enshin 2 days a week for about 3 hours total there. My home workouts are anywhere from 30-40 minutes tops and that is 5x a week in the AM Mon-Fri. For me that has worked great. I started with a much heavier schedule that left me pretty sore and tired all the time. That was before I started following Pavel's work.
Now for weight loss you really need to look at your intake. You can't out exercise too much food. Easier to eat less/better food than to try and exercise 3 hours a day.

Listen to your body, and your Sensei. . Down the road, however, you need to develop a better sense of what your body is telling. Fatigue, pain, lack of motivation, these are indicators you should pay attention to and try to address before whatever they're signaling becomes manifest.
