Goofing around at the Gym.
OS Flow Crawling. Backward Leopard crawling with a 32kg bell. Fun way to load the lats and stabilizers. Hanging Knee Raises and some Bent Leg raises. Rocking Push ups.

I like to do things that help me get stronger but are also somewhat enjoyable.
Today OS Flow 10 min Baby Crawl nose only breathing F/B/L 10 Min Back Bridges mixed with Elevated Rolling and sit outs. Enshin tonight.

meguroGood since I am not doing any pull ups. Been massaging the forearm tendons/muscles. I am sure it just needs some time. Good news is I can do TRX Australian pull ups without an issue. Gonna build volume with those than maybe switch to RING pull ups. Today 4/20/2017 OS Flow Lots of crawling and chain marching with 85# chain and backward baby crawls with 44kg bell.(20-30min) Finished with 2x24kg Rack carry while still attached to 85# chain for a few laps on the turf (5 min) Good stuff.

Saw a vid of next level training where a guy is walking on his hands while dragging a KB from a chain cinched to his waist. I'm thinking it's on your to-do list.
