Played with some new ones mixing Head control and the adducter rocking to open the hips. Marching a sets on the turf F/B/LL/LR Crawling - F/B/LL/LR Spider/Leopard

Played around with a few things. Get Ups @20kg 2/2 Pike Push ups 2x5 Hindu Push ups 2x5 Spider Man Crawl 2x20 yards F Wall assisted Hand Stands Cook Drill @20kg - Waiters Walk with a KB 50 yards, drop to rack walk 50 yards, then suitcase carry 50 yards. 1x each side.

I torgued up my left deltoid pretty good somehow last week. Pretty sure it was from the hanging knee raises using a wide grip. Mostly seems the posterior and lateral delt but gonna lay off any serious work there.
I forgot to log Wed and Thurs but it was mostly just crawling/marching OS stuff.

Doh! Easy now. Speaking of easy, I'd read that Trump is loathe to exercise because he believes people have a finite amount of energy, and he doesn't want to use it up.

Not sure of the real numbers of sets but I think it was at least 6-7 rounds
Knuckle Push ups x10 Arrow Push ups x5,4,3,2,1 BW Row x8 Elevated single hand x10 BW row x8
Some where around 150-200 push ups and around 100+ rows
Also practiced some kick up handstands against the wall.
Enshin last night. Just Sensei,myself and the other Sandan.
Lots of good stuff and sabaki work.

Mey meguro- its not gone but it is getting better. It was the wide grip that fried it. Close grip Chin ups and BW rows seem fine. Mon 5/30- Spent 8+ hours with 3 friends building a playground swing set/tree house playset for my kids. Tues 5/31 5 Rounds OS Flow 2x10 push ups - Arrow R1,R3 - Stag L/R R2- Knuckle R4- Finger tip close R5 (those were hard!)
