I'm often asked how I arrange my supplementary training. I use INFINITE INTENSITY, available from www.rosstraining.com and STRETCHING SCIENTIFICALLY, available from www.stadion.comI constantly refer to the first - a real mine of information - for my conditioning and the second for my stretching. I think every serious trainer should invest in both. They won't guarantee success, as that's down to desire and mindset as much as training itself, but they're a hell of a good start. Gary

Yeah those are must haves.
Pretty much all of Rosstraining.com books are worth a shot. He does not sell any BS.

Has anyone bought the missing links dvd/book? Thinking about buying it because I am trying to strengthen my neck for clinching.

Interesting.
I remember hearing that Stronger Grip = stronger punches.
My only theory is that it helps to make a tighter fist but I am not sure that it makes the punch stronger.
I am more concerned with grabbing Dogi sleeves for a control point in Sabaki.

Yeah pretty much what you said. Forearm for wrist stabilization. Also grip strength much better for Judo/Enshin etc. Interestingly enough there is a video/article on Ross training regarding forearm grip strength and throwing a fast ball. I imagine the mechanics of a punch similar to throwing a fast ball. (At least an over hand right I suppose.) rosstraining.com/blog/2010/09/14/hand-training-with-a-rice-bucket/
