Every hour I used to do burpees, sit ups, and/or push ups while I was at "work" in the Army. This was actually "okay" to do, though...not too sure in a lot of offices, "cubicle cities" in the civilian world if it would be as welcomed.
With that being said when I'm at home I need to start getting in the habit of doing something every hour, again. Osu!

Scary stuff. It cites office workers but it must be the same for drivers.
Right! This bloody things going off after breakfast. It's just too easy to wonder past during the day and think, "What's occuring?" and end up sitting down for half an hour.
