Anyone want to share their Short and Long term goals.
I have a few for the summer.
Short Term
Get up to 50lb TGUs by August.
Speed up my new Jump Rope techniques
Drop to 205 by August.
Long Term
Get to between 190-195 in the next year.
Gain more flexibility for Ushiro Mawashi Geri
Barbell TGUs

Maintain my weight/stamina through the birth of our son
Improve my head movement and ability to see/take/accept/block/parry punches with my hands and face
Improve my MT clinch work
Establish at least 20 minutes of exercise per day
Long Term[/u]
Fight in a smoker or muay thai tournament around this time next year

SHORT- Get more effective LONG- Stay effective So Wullie, if 'get more effective' is your objective what are the key tasks along the way and what are your outcome indicators and timescales? Sorry, it's the time of year that I'm doing performance reviews at work! ;D

Long TermGet to between 190-195 in the next year. Gain more flexibility for Ushiro Mawashi Geri Barbell TGUs Lost site of the TGU's but that was due to changing my routine. Now that the baby is more settled in and my training is back on a regular I will be resuming the quest for TGU's and losing some more inches.
