They are harder then they sound. I used to do them semi regularly. When you get good at them, add in a tuck. Plank, tuck, pike = 1 rep

Think I'm going to pick up a exercise ball tomorrow! Really have no excuse why I haven't had my own up to now! Since they're not expensive and a lot of core exercises you can do with them! Also a good habit to sit on them instead of a chair if you're at a desk. That way you actually have to use your muscles a bit for posture and to "stabilize." Every little bit helps! Osu!
