OSU, Sometimes when I take my ambien, if I stay up a little too late on it, I... paint stuff. Discuss.

A little over a year ago I had a prescription for ambien and I didn't have that problem, myself..I would be asleep within an hour or so. My problem was waking up in time!!! I have since quit taking it because it made it very hard for me to get up.
I have sleep apnea (have a CPAP) and "restless leg syndrome" so I now am on a muscle relaxer which I'm still waiting another week or so to see if it's really helping me. If it's not, I won't take it anymore.
Anyway, your painting, if I looked at it right before bed I'm sure would inspire a few twisted dreams or nightmares LOL! Osu!

OSU! I hope the muscle relaxer helps, p01... that's tough stuff right there. Sensei has apnea too, though thankfully it isn't too bad now that he has lost some weight chasing me around with the shinai.

I've had problems with sleep when I was super skinny and I have a cousin that's 17 who's a stereotypical looking ballerina that has it so I can say sleep apnea isn't always connected with weight. I didn't get diagnosed until about 2.5 years ago or so, though. It also took at least 6 months to get used to the CPAP if not a year lol! Maybe you can start an "Ambien Art Gallery" and try to sell/auction these pieces online? Might be a free place to do something like this or even start an ebay store doing it. Worst case scenario is you won't make any money but maybe you will ! Osu!

P01........RLS can be related to the nerves coming out of the bottom of your back being compressed. The also say it can also indicate renal problems (kidneys). But I also have sleep apnea (its a hand me down). And suffer horrible RLS at different times of the day and night!

Hmm, I don't think I have kidney problems or at least nothing to be alarmed by shows up on recent lab work.
I'm guessing it's probably related to my back but who knows..I'm no doctor. Thanks for the info Joe, I never really looked into it. Osu!

OSU- I have HEARD that sometimes it's a matter of the soft palette and tongue not giving enough room, I think, or the sinuses being narrow. I don't think I have apnea, thank the gods... just PTSD and a tendency towards insomnia on both sides of the family.
I ought to set up an etsy store. I'm sure Regretsy would pick it up, and then maybe I'd actually make some money... but I am TERRIBLE at getting things shipped. :/
