For the last few weeks for weight training, I have been doiing the Slow Burn workout by Hahn. It is once a week, each exercise is three reps, heavy and the tempo is 10,10,0 Take 10 seconds to lift, 10 seconds down and start again.
It is a good workout, but it "feels" like I should be doing it 2 times a week. Does anyone have experience with thiese kinds of workouts?

I wonder what type of fibres this recruits?
The really important ones (if you want impact, not stamina) are the fast twitch and I can't believe super slow is the best way to recruit them as they only fire for brief bursts.
So my advice would be to do a different lifting regime - targetting FT - on your other training day. If superslow recruits mainly ST doing it twice a week may take you away from your goals.

Interesting.
I train for strength and speed but not for bulk.
Mostly I do full body and or compound lifts only.
