What is everyone preffered method for getting more wind? Running? If so what type and how long/what is your routine? Cycling? see above Other? I really need to work on this. I am thinking of doing some more running/sprinting in the morning now that I am lighter. Maybe it wont hurt like it use to....

I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, there's no way you can prove anything!

Beans give me loads of wind! ;D
Hill sprints helped me a bit with lung power, have had to give them up for just now. Damn knees. At the moment its high intensity pad work and sparing.

Interval training on the heavy bag or pads, I like. The rower (4x500m or Tabata), for sure. I've found great benefit from single arm db push presses. Set a timer for ten minutes and knock out as many as you can, switch hands and rest as necessary, but don't put the weight down and walk away until you're done.

I hurt my hamstring a few weeks ago so switched to a 40 minute (hilly) walk instead of my usual 20 minute speedplay.
Did speedplay this Saturday - felt REALLY strong.

It's a fartlek style session including walks, jogs, 3/4's and MAX's of various lengths.
It's tough!

My stamina has been getting better mostly in part to more hill sprints and stair running.
