Word from the tourney is that Mike Ninomiya won the HW division by all Knockouts!!
Klew Williams(Female US Sabaki 2011 Champ) also won the women's division.
More as I get it...

I'm actually surprised to hear that Mike fought in this tournament. I always thought of this one as a stepping stone for fighters before the The World Sabaki Challenge. After his impressive wins at the World Sabaki and All Japan Sabaki's I just didnt' think he would be fighting in this one.
If he won all his fights by knockout, he was obviously a class above the competition. Not saying this to take anything away from Mike. Keep the news coming MMX.

Sensei Mike needs to find a new challenge by competing outside enshin tournaments. He has been winning for years everything in enshin. Unfortunately, I don't think Kancho would allow him to do it.

That is what I was thinking too, Kyofighter. At what point do you decide move on to a bigger challenge?

This was my first KD tournament. K4Lers know that from my thread there. LOL!!! I enjoyed myself. My favorite fighter there was Amile (sp?). He did pretty good. He also got a head kick KO that was vicious. Mike was pretty good but if he is winning alot of the Enshin rules KD tournaments, I do agree with Kyofighter about him doing something more challenging. Edit : Im in the background of one of those videos.
