Osu!
What are your baiting and or trapping options?
I was working on one last night.
Jab,Straight then fake a Gedan Mawashi Geri in hope that they block with Sune Uke. Then use opposite leg for Uchi Momo Geri.

Jab, shift to #2 position for the patented short punch to liver, followed by the also patented gedan mawashi to top of left thigh (or hammer kick)
another one of my favorite baiting moves--get them to commit to coming forward, and as they bring the left knee up and down again, and then up again I kick their left leg out at the inside ankle followed by boot to the head.

Excellent!
Yeah I have done that first one many times. Heck you probably showed it to me.
I will try that one. I was working on something similar.
Thanks Medguy!

Worms, anchovies, or powerbait. Just depends on what type of fish I'm fishing for! *zing*
Okay, in all seriousness I like to purposely drop my hands on a head kicker and go under their kick and seep them or even just push them back. However, I stress caution when doing this because it's all about timing and you're obviously taking the risk of taking a head kick. You need to get good at your defense and even "leaning back" to avoid a kick.
Another one I like to do is to purposely throw out a chudan mae geri a couple of times and the next time do a sort of sliding yoko geri. I learned this by watching some old footage of Benny "The Jet" Urquidez years ago. He mastered that modified front to sliding side kick. Osu!

Baiting and trapping is currently way beyond my limited fighting ability!

I only have a very simple one in my weapons at the moment. When fighting in close throw an over the top punch to the chest then as they bring their hands up slip in a shita tsuki. Also can work the other way round but not quite as effective.

I used to like raising the front leg as if I were going to throw a Mae geri, as the hands move down to chudan level to block I'd bop them on the nosey Obviously this was in a previous style, need to re-think it abit.

I know i have received complaints about this, but I love to step on my opponents feet when we are in close, then everytime I touch there foot after...they get a knee jerk reaction that allows me to Rhino my way through them!! LOVE IT!!

Hmm...
One of my favorites is a flurry of knees; both straight and round. To bait it, I simply stop defending and throwing offense, allowing my opponent to get inside a little.
First knee is the most explosive, usually straight, so that I can push them back; from there, I rapidly throw whatever is open while looking for a vulnerability...when I see one, I throw the knee with power.
I like it because it's hard to defend; once I get the knees going, my opponent has a hard time trying to figure out the angle (and since I don't even know...good luck). The downside is that it's tiring; I save it for close to the end of a round.
OSU!

I like to throw a couple of lead leg front kicks, just to get them used to it, lift the knee to look like the front kick then pivot on the supporting leg and turn it in to a jodan mawashi.

I like to throw a jab a few times either chudan tsuki for knockdown rules or a jab to the face and the third time or so quickly follow with a jodan mawashi to the neck and/or face with your lead leg. I've even found I often times don't have to set up to land it because it catches many people off guard if you can jodan mawashi from the lead..but adding that chudan oi tsuki or jab to the face before hand even makes it more likely to land . Osu!

Osu! Osu! Yeah I do the same. Distract them. I hit this one guy in the dojo with Jodan Mawashi Geri and he did not have his hand up. It made a nice THWACK sound as I hit his head.
