I sure the training will be very interesting, because I have created some new move and a kick. It call "Shin Kick" instead of Low Kick which is commonly use. It 3 times more powerful that the regular low kick and is it almost effortless when using.

I have a version that works well for me ( ask Wullie! ) I aim for the side of the back leg knee joint with a chusoku, which means the shin kind of goes through the front leg, as an added bonus you sometimes hit the back knee!, this is not for tournaments of course I hope my explanation makes sense, you have to kind of forget the front leg is there and aim for the back one

Osu! Thanks for all your interest in my shin kick. The kick is like a 45 degree knee kick in wards and lift up your feet high and crush your upper shin ( below your knee area ) in the the 45 degree angle of the opp's thigh. Your body weight will surely help with the impact.
