20140421 Light ROP 24kg 3 x 3 - Really easy today!! Minimal rest and the bell was flying. 24kg 1H swing 100 3:53
20140422 32kg 1H swing 10 x 10 24kg Reverse TGU 1/1 x 5
20140423 Med ROP 32kg 3 x 3 - Military Press on the first rep of every ladder, Push Press on the reps thereafter 32kg 1H swing 10 x 10
20140424 24kg 1H Swing 24kg TGU 1/1 x 5
20140425 Rest
20140426 Heavy ROP 32kg 3 x 5 - Military Press on the first rep of every ladder, Push Press on the reps thereafter 32kg 1H Swing 10 x 10 - Grip strength felt much better - Bell is popping up nicely.
20140427 Active Rest day - Heavy Bag outside with the boys; working elbows and knees. - Not sure if from all the pressing, but really craved carbs that day.... in the worst way. M&Ms and Granola bars.

Usually I crave the carbs in Pizza and IPA's but that is just me.

Hey I can't strict press the 32kg at all yet. Barely starts to budge then I have to Push Press it.

TBH I am not liking the push press as a strength building exercise. The Push Press to me seems more towards the higher rep sessions/conditioning because it skips my sticking point which seems to be between bell above shoulder and temple of head.
I am considering a move to heavy single presses with long bouts of rest on heavy ROP days and higher volume with pyramids on the light and med rop days with the 24kg.
Something like Monday Light ROP 24kg 5 x 3. Total reps 45/45 Wed Med ROP 24kg 5 x 5. Total reps 75/75 Sat 32kg Heavy singles throughout the day. Total reps 18/18
