I wonder what Batman's workout regimen would be to scale of at normal human level? All this while fighting crime and night and being Bruce Wayne in the daytime.

Funny as I was thinking about "Batman's" routine while playing the Arkham City game.
I would suspect at the prime of his career he gets most of his conditioning while working and the workouts would be short/explosive strength and/or skills based.

Haven't made it in to the gym the remainder of the week to complete Week 3 OHP and Squats.
Been prepping up for an event I am hosting this weekend.

Sounds good. How long does the cycle run on this?
I did the PM for almost 4 months since I wanted to be sure I had somewhat decent swing mechanics and shoulder strength going into the ROP.
I will probably do the ROP for a few months and then cycle back to the PM going back and forth till I can press the Beast and pass the SSST.

Great goals. I recall reading that the end goal for the PM is with the Beast.
5/3/1 is continued use to up power lifting numbers. I am going to give it to December on the barbell 5/3/1.
My goals are 2x BW Deadlift, 100# SOHP (life long) or BW OHP.
After December or maybe sooner than that I want to mix in heavy barbell DL and OHP into the program min and RoP. Pretty much go hand in hand: Swings = DL, TGU = OHP sort of....

Dead Lift (175, 200, 225) 5/5/9 !!! Barbell OHP (65,75,85) 5/5/10
Deadlift - 5 sets (145# x 10) - Only achieved 4 sets of 10 due to time. DB CnP/Pull up - 50#/BW 4 Ladders x 5 Sets - Dropped down to 35# and did 3 sets due to time.
Overall good feeling.
I like the new split because it allows me to put the blinders toward strength training and conditioning in separate focused sessions.
Surprised at the 225# x 9 Deadlift. Last cycle I hit 215# x 10 and 230# x 5
