So I had to clean up the backyard area for my Daughters 1st Birthday.
As some of you know I had a bunch of workout gear. I never use it all and honestly since finding the RKC Kettlebell workouts that is all I do besides bag work and some jump rope.
So when I put some equipment back out it was.
1.) The Heavybag 2.) the pull up/dip station 3.) Kettlebells 4.) Small bin with Medicine ball/Jump Ropes/Gloves
I think at this point that is all I will need. I may sell/trade the rest toward a 32kg bell and maybe a second 24kg.
What works for you?

I have a plethora of kettlebells that we have collected over the years. We have doubles ranging from 12kg to 24kg, a single 32kg and 48kg. Sadly they have not been getting the use that they once did, but that is starting to change again. THANKS GUYS!
For home workouts greatest impact bang for your buck essentials: 24kg KB(or dumbbell equivalent), Doorway Pullup Bar, Everlast heavy bag.

I've 2x16's, 2x24's, 2x32's.
A powerbag (50kg), Chinning bar, 5kg medicine ball.
A 4' punchbag. Skipping rope and some slings for TRX style work.
That does for me.
Always fancied 2x40's, but the cost/benefits didn't stack up.
Gary
Oh, and speedplay for running. Invaluable IMO

I might get a single 40 and 48 down the line but probably not doubles.

I've got a C2 rower that's sadly underutilized. It was a present from my wife so I'm determined to keep it and use it more. The stuff that gets used most are my adjustable db's, 16 & 24 kgs kb, chin-up bar. Less used, but indispensable, ab-wheels, dip stand. What I don't have is a MT banana bag-love to have one of those.
I am satisfied with just the 2 kb's I have, though the SSST is making me think I need (want) a comp 24.

I am pretty lucky with work as we have a gym with weights and some cardio equipment and on another level have a soft mat area with a heavy bag and skipping ropes to use. At home I have TRX system, a power rope and also 1x 12kg and 1x 16kg KB.

Nice! I asked for a 32kg for my birthday and I will grab a second 16 and 24kg soon. Yeah the wife gave me the 20kg for my birthday. For xmas might get a 24kg one. I will then have to way up whether to keep going up or just do more sets and reps. So far I am doing drop sets with the 3 bells I currently have and that works well. Or so I think.

Even though I go to a gym, I'm usually good with a barbell (+plates), jump rope, heavy bag, pull up bar.
OSU!

right now, my recumbent stationary Schwinn bike, ab roller, and punching bag. Building my cardio, core, and adding power to my techniques or at least keeping it up.
Nothing fancy, skipping the weights this go around until I get down to my target weight loss goal. Every time it seems like I jump into weights before I'm at my weight loss goal I bulk up far too much, and that's not what I'm trying to do. Osu!
