Meguro recommended this book at k4l. I grabbed a copy and I am impressed. So far it has almost completely gotten rid of my "tennis elbow" . I second the recommendation to anyone who trains on a regular basis. Attachments:

I'm glad you find the book helpful, MMX. I've used this book for alleviating all sorts of chronic pain issues (whiplash, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, shoulder pain, back pain).

Is there much difference between the third addition and second edition.

I only have the second edition. If you know nothing about trigger points, referred pain, and SMR, it is a good resource to have around.

I don't know about it and had a look on amazon.com for the book. They have the second edition in stock and looks like the third edition isn't available until August. I get some bad pain in the shoulder upper right side of my back and can feel some tough knots there. I have been to many massage places where they have gone big knot here and then move on and don't bother as it is too tough for them. Might buy it and make the wife read it.

I love this book. So much so, that I keep it on my desk as opposed to the bookshelf since I use it so often. Definitely a must have guide!
