OS Resets
10 min- Harness with 60# chain - Crawling- Leopard Forward and Backward(hoo mama),Laterally.
10 min - Harness with 60# chain Farmers walks with a 24kg bell in each hand for a min on/off with Sprints/Marching with chain inbetween.
Cool down was marching and holding my abs.

No go on the 32kg press. I can get it halfway but that was it.
Clean to Press 7x5 @24kg each arm One Arm Swings 10x10 @24kg
Rocking/Marching for a cool down.

10 Minutes Crawling- Leopard Forward x3 @75' Backward x1 @75' (brutal..) Lateral x 4 @ 40'
10 minutes Marching/Sprinting/Backwards one arm pulls all mixed in.
Slow walk for a cool down.

Back from my Original Strength Certification weekend. Wow that was awesome. Learned a ton and got to meet John Brookfield!!

OS Resets Playing with some new ones like Frog Rolls, single leg rocks(think a slightly easier Pistol )
10 minutes Crawling BW only Leopard/Spider forward/backward/lateral
10 minutes Sprinting/Marching/Lateral Marching/Backwards Marching/More sprinting.

Still pretty wet outside.
OS Resets-
Played a lot around with some new ones I learned like the Frog Roll,LEGO Rock,Axial Crawling Worked on my One Arm Push Up- SO CLOSE Also at the level II course we went over the Hollow position and the Anterior Chain so I did some Hollow holds. That will make your Abs bark.

Got some new toys.
Today during my OS Resets I wore a 10lb head weight to help strengthen the neck! Pretty cool
