5 min OS flow
10 minutes crawling. Leopard forward/backward/laterally. First 4 minutes I wore my 8# ringside neck trainer. Wow that was a serious neck workout.
10 minutes Marching forward/backward/laterally with pair of 1# Indian clubs alternated with sprint runs.
Walking / shinkyoku for a cool down.

I'd like to get a pair of those big, cartoony clubs, around 17 kgs apiece. Doesn't sound too heavy, but they are monsters to wield.

10 minutes OS Loop + 60# chain for loaded marching/sprinting/one arm reverse walking

11/8/2015 I did some OS resets in the living room. I was compelled. I went out side. Cheat curled the 32kg and Pressed it with my Right. Did it on the left and it went up too. A 5 minute OS flow followed by 10 minutes baby crawling forward/backward/laterally with the ringside head weight on. Then a couple of 30 second hollow holds for good measure. #strength10me
