Simple but not easy.

Trained my SFG coach on Saturday and he tweaked me up good! We found a better foot position and my hips are firing like a cannon now!
OS flow
Clean to press ladders @24kg 5 x 1,2,3 Marching between sets Swings @32kg 5 minutes 20 OTM of 5T,5L,5T,5R Rocking for a cool down

OS Flow (cross crawls,Deadbugs,Rocking,Head control,bird dogs,Frog Rolls)
10 minutes Leopard Crawling Forward/Backward/Laterally
10 minutes with 65# chain and pair of 1# indian clubs Marching Forward/Backward/Laterally and then some sprints too but without the clubs.

What kind of work are you doing with the clubs? Mobility stuff? I'm using my 8# sledge for loosening up tri's, delts and traps with easy swings and seesaws.

meguroMostly just to load the arms while marching and for loaded Deadbugs. 12/9/2015 Great training at the dojo last night. Went through kihon at super speed and then worked on a lot of sabaki punch combos/throw escapes and some nasty take downs. This morning had to take a friend to the airport so no training.

12/16/2015 Good session at the dojo last night. Lots of extra work on kick setups and using sabaki to get inside. OS Flow Did not feel like the 75 reps per arm with the 24kg today so something different... 3 sets of 32kg Press x 1 each arm 5 minutes Leopard crawling forward/backward 3 strict chin ups That should feel good tomorrow...

OS Flow Had a bit of a kink in my neck I think from when I did one of the presses with the 32kg on my right I looked up(bad idea) Some extra head control with OS took it out pretty good.
10 minutes indoor Baby Crawl forward/backward and worked slow and fast and fluid.
Cool down with single leg rocking and switchbacks.

Something different today
3 x 5 minute rounds with 2 minute rest between @24kg
Each 5 minute round was x3 Press one arm and then the other and then 5 Swings one arm then the other at the TOP of each minute.
That was 45 presses each arm and 150 Swings total.
Cool down was breathing/cross crawls.
