3/25/2015 Good sparring last night. Not very winded and lots of good power. OS Resets S&S Warm up 24kg Today 10x10 Swings @35 secs a round so I got about 12-15 seconds rest each set 10 getups timer @ 12 minutes and went a bit over. Shinkyoku Breathing Working on making the 24kg goal while also mixing in the 32kg.

3/26/2015 Not sure if it was from sparring or from really giving it a go yesterday with S&S but my hip flexors are trash today. May feel out tomorrow and skip S&S and work on some more crawling/BW Stuff.
Today was OS Resets Lots of ROLLS and HARD ROLLS Stretching

3/27/2015 Still a bit sore so taking no chances by assaulting the hip flexors with Swings OS Resets Dead Bugs 2 sets of 20 One Arm Push Ups 1’ incline 3 sets of 2 each arm-tried them on the floor but not quite yet. Crawling 10 minutes- Spider man forward & backward

3/30/2015 I was very tired this morning. I got up and had my coffee and walked my dogs anyway. Even as I went out the back yard dojo I contemplated calling it a day. OS Resets S&S Warm Ups 24kg 10x10 One arm swings no timer just 5 shinkyoku breathes between sets(Est 6-7 min) 10 Getups no timer but about 15 minutes there Now here is where it was very interesting. I HAD A TON OF POWER! No kidding my swings were crazy powerful. Not sure if it was the extra days of taking it easy or the high tension of the OAPU on the glutes that enhanced it. Very interesting.

4/3/2015 OS Resets S&S Warm Up 10L,10R x 5 One arm Swings @32kg 2L,2R @32kg 3L,3R @24kg Getups Cool down was walking and shinkyoku breathing. Swings were not too bad. Not able to really "snap" em like with the 24kg but I kept good form. After 2 getups each side with the 32kg I felt safer rolling back to the 24kg to finish them out.

4/6/2015 OS Resets S&S Warm Up Swings @32kg 10L,10R x5 each. Getting easier Get Ups I did different @24kg - 2L,2R,2L,2R,1L,1R to keep time under tension more Cool down was shinkyoku breathing

4/7/2015 OS Resets Hard Rolls Decided to work on the new Enshin Kata- Ryu Sui Its more complicated than the others so I broke the steps down. Got sets 1-5 pretty well dialed in but want to refine them. Spent about 30-40 minutes working on it.

4/8/2015 OS Resets S&S Warm Up 24KG only today One arm Swings 10L,10R x5 = 100 Lots of power on the 24kg now. That sucker is flying. TGU's Stacked 2L,2R and then I did Reverse Get Ups(clean and press to start) for the last 6 starting Left and then Right = 10 get ups Shinkyoku Breathing.
Interesting to note that with S&S I am not sure if it is the Swings or the Get ups or the mix of both but my kicks are improving dramatically. Especially Ushiro Mawashi Geri.

4/9/2015 OS Resets Rolls and Hard Rolls Dynamic Stretches Work on Enshin Ryu Sui Kata- Move sets 1-5 are down really well now. Worked on move sets 6-10. Starting to flow.
