11/28/17 -HSPU, 6x5 -kb swings, 5x20 -ATFLBR, 20 -dips, 4x10 -Inverted dl to front lever, 5x1 -8 finger pull-ups, 4x4
If it looks like I've been slacking, I have. Sort of. A while back Joe Rogan, on one of his pod casts about training mentioned that he never goes to exhaustion. If he can do 10 reps, he'll do 5 instead. The idea is to avoid injury and muscle strains. So some days I feel like doing 200 swings, and some days I'll do 100, or 30 HSPU or 15. Something rather than nothing because of injury or fatigue.

Traveling light this weekend, no parallettes, to visit my kid in college. Man time flies!

Yeah it is flying by here as well!! When I met you back in what 2009/2010 I had no kids! Now they are 6 and 4!

Haha. The younger of my two just turned 18!
Some working out happened, same stuff as usual.

Swings are the multi-vitamin of training. The only "real" kb exercise I've done with regularity is the snatch, and that's fallen off the training menu. Bum wrist won't tolerate it anymore. Pulling and swings, OTOH, don't bother it. 12-15-17 -HSPU, 5x6 -ATFLBR 22 -hollow body dips, 5x10 -Toes to bar, 5x5 -KB swings, 100 -kb wall sit, 2x30 secs

Shoulder was feeling meh after the dips so no HSPU's today.

I noticed a real lack of mobility in my shoulders (deltoids it seems). I thought all the pulling would take care of mobility, but apparently not.
