I dunno. I woke up and decided to go nuts today..
Ten 2 min rounds with 30 sec rests.
1-Dynamic Warmup 2-bulgarian bag-30 swings right and 30 left and then good mornings 3-Med Ball slam to squat jump x repeat 4-Heavy Bag! 5-bulgarian bag-30 swings right and 30 left and then good mornings 6-Med Ball slam to squat jump x repeat 7-Heavy Bag! 8-bulgarian bag-30 swings right and 30 left and then good mornings 9-Med Ball slam to squat jump x repeat 10-Heavy Bag!
Friggen toast. That was almost a puker.

Forgot to post yesterdays workout.
Ten 2 min rounds. Skill based.
1-Dynamic warmup 2-Kata-Shiro 3-Kata-Aoi 4-DEB 5-Kata-Kiiro 6-Kata-Midori 7-DEB 8-Kata-Cha 9-Kata-Kogeki 10-Deb
Had some kinks and then that night went to the dojo and got unkinked but woke up today (5/11/11) super sore!
Taking a rest day today.

Great job on that work!
I like your workout style. High intensity, focusing on a set time of completion (fighting rounds vs. sets), and incorporation of skill in each set.

I think this may be the last maximal set for a bit. Gonna try something different this week.

3x5 Assisted Pull Ups 2x5 Chin Ups
20 Bulgarian Bag(40lb bag) swings Right and then 20 Left.

What's the plan, MMX? One of these days, say after the burpee challenge, I'm thinking bulgarian bag. I bet you could get pretty monstrous swinging that thing. Not huge, but wiry geek strong.

I am already pretty big. The plan is speed and explosive power.

Mon-Wed-Fri- Conditioning/Plyo Strength work
Tue-Thurs- Skills lighter conditioning also Dojo in the PM
Sat- Dojo
