Feeling much better but still gonna take the whole week off. Maybe tomorrow will do some stretching and practice of lifts but nothing even close to exerting myself.

12/31/2014 Long walk with the dogs. Still recovering from cold. OS Resets KB Windmill 2x each side @16kg Stacked KB Press 8kg+16kg x 2 each side KB Bent Press x2 each side 8kg and then x3 each side @16kg Goblet Squat x 5 @16kg
Just messing around today. Got the Bent Press book by Dave Whitley and it is a fun
