Quick question , what is the overall benefit of the spiderman crawls as I have seen them done in MMA gyms and was always curious ?

Quick question , what is the overall benefit of the spiderman crawls as I have seen them done in MMA gyms and was always curious ? Mobility,Core Strength and Lung Capacity all in one. Try it sometime for 5 minutes or more.

Can you explain shinkyoku breathing as I have never heard of the term before ? Basically nogare (sp) but with a slightly different hand movement. Same use - restore calm breathing after exertion. Gary

11/20/2014 OS Resets KB windmills x3 each side @16kg(trying to see if this helps side kicks) 10 minutes for Crawling. Did Leopard,Spider-Man and some Baby crawls) Backwards Leopard crawls really hit the abs! Shinkyoku Breathing

11/24/2014 Saturday Enshin was a classic hard one at least for the first hour and then the adults only worked on some advanced counters,sweeps and some self defence material
Today OS Resets Goblet Squat x5@16kg Complexes x4 @ 2x16kg with 90 seconds rests between rounds
DSW x5 DHP x5 SSP x5
Rack walk x1 Shinkyoku breathing
