By the way Monty...those med ball slams to squat thrusts sure left their mark...my glutes and legs are toast today.

I bet I could do 220 a few times.
Next week I will go to 190 or 195.
The most I ever Benched at one push was 310 I think. It was in high school.

Gymboss TEN 2 min rounds with 30 sec rests. 1-Dynamic warmup 2-Jump Rope 3-Bulgarian Bag-20 swings around R and then L then did Swings to curls. 4-Heavy Bag-Working on power hits with Mawashi Geri 5-Jump Rope 6-Bulgarian Bag-20 swings L and then R and then Good Mornings 7-Heavy Bag- Punch Combos to Mawashi Geri to Ushiro Mawashi Geri 8-Jump Rope 9-Bulgarian Bag- 20 Swings starting R to L and then grabbing both handles with one hand did 10 snatches each side. 10-Heavy Bag- Burn outs. As many combos I could get in before the timer went off making sure my hands were up the whole time. 10 on the sweaty meter.

It is really good and versatile.
I am thinking of making my own kettle bells by modifying this design a bit...

Wore 16oz Gloves for this.
Gymboss 10 TWO min rounds with 30 sec rests.
1-Dynamic Warmup 2-Exercise Bike Sprints 3-DEB 4-Sabaki Footwork drill from Sabaki Method 3 DVD- Step in-Step back-parry and move outside your opponent and counter with punches and kicks. 5-Exercise Bike Sprints 6-DEB 7-Sabaki Footwork 8-Exercise Bike Sprints 9-DEB 10-Sabaki Footwork

1 x15 knuckle push ups 4 x10 knuckle push ups 2 x5 chin ups 3 x 5 assisted chin ups
Did this in 10 minutes.
