Today.
Now that the glute seems fine I have that left groin pull. No idea how that happened..
Anyway. Avoiding anything that will pull that more but in the end it seems the left hook and right cross are aggrivating it. After my workout I iced the area.
Here is what I did.
TEN 2 minute rounds with 30 second rests.
1-Shadowboxing warm up 2-Jump Rope 3-DEB 4-Heavy Bag 5-Jump Rope 6-DEB 7-Heavy Bag 8-Jump Rope 9-DEB 10-Heavy Bag
I was really getting some speed on the jump rope! That was great. Getting the hang of the DEB too.

When injuries start to accumulate, it could be that you aren't getting enough rest. A week in Hawaii should cure the random strains. ;D

I am hoping a 3 day weekend in Denver to watch Sabaki and drink beer will fix me up!

Had to do some errands today so I had to skip my morning.
Might be for the best though. One more rest day can't hurt.

First 20 are not so bad. After that I started to get slower and slower lol!
Fun though.
I am hoping that adds a bit more explosive power in the legs.
