1-Shadowboxing Warmup 2-Exercise Bike Sprints 3-DEB 4-Heavy Bag 5-Exercise Bike Sprints 6-DEB 7-Heavy Bag 8-Exercise Bike Sprints 9-DEB 10-Heavy Bag
10 on the sweaty. I went all out today. 9 on the rubbery.
Felt great.

...Left glute is still not 100%. Hiza Geri is out with left leg as that seems to really trigger it. Gonna lay off that leg for kicking as much as I can right now.

Dojo was great last night. Sensei had to miss since he was having car trouble but Senpai led us through some abridged Kihon and then lots of pad drills,partner drills and some kumite.
Today.

Last night I also got my new heavy bag rig set up. Much better than the bag stand. I am pretty excited to beat on this thing next week.

I will get a pic this weekend.
Yeah I decided to go back to Strength AM on Dojo days. Works out better for me and allows to work on the Chin and Pull ups.
Trying to explode with the lifts too.

I feel I somehow slightly pulled my groin either Saturday or Sunday. Gah..
