Oh yeah also he is 21! Made me feel old at almost 34 lol! just wait till you are 34!!! lol! good going though MMX, i'm finding it harder to keep up with the young'uns these days, suppose it's lucky i've got at least 50lbs over them ;D HaHa yeah i have to use the extra weight against those pesky youngsters sometimes! ;D

My Glutes and legs are Jello today. I stayed extra on Saturday for some bag work and drills. I think this week coming up I will go just a bit easier..well at least on the parts that are sore.

Man. Just when I thought my left Glute/Hammie was fine it got a twinge in the dojo last night. Strength day. 5x5 Bench (180lbs) 5x5 Single Arm Bent over Rows x each arm (50lbs) 5x5 Kneeling Ab Wheel Roll Outs Osu!

Trying not to aggrivate that left glute/hammie.
Put on the 16oz Gloves today..
1-Exercise Bike Sprints 2-Heavy Bag Jabs and footwork 3-Heavybag power hits 4-Exercise Bike Sprints 5-Heavybag Jabs and set up combos 6-Heavy Bag- Power hits with Gedan Mawashi Geri 7-Exercise Bike Sprints 8-Heavybag-Kumite style 9-Exercise Bike Sprints 10-Heavybag-Final Round. Tired but tried to stay spry and hit hard.
10 sweaty,9 rubbery.
