If eye rolling is a sign of appreciation, I guess my wife really liked the kb I got her.

S & S with 16kg is easy peasy now. No soreness (great) and no wobbles (great) so in January I'll start inserting sets with a 24kg.
Still alive and feeling pretty much back to normal, in fact better than normal as I never feel sore.

Good job Gary. I agree, no soreness at all. Its the daily routine of punching in that I have a mental wrestle with.
Steady as she goes.

I don't do it daily. If I have half an hour and I feel good, I square it away. So far I'm about 3 x a week. Bodyweight steady and no loss of energy. Suits me!

S & S with my two youngest. Bought the 11 year old a 5kg KB at Christmas and his technique is really good. He also raids the fridge afterwards so he's going to get STRONG. Gary PS 20kg just arrived (thanks Monty)

S + S with 16 and the odd set of 20
Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Feeling good on it though. Loading energy in to the body, not frittering it away.

What have I done?
The middle one asked if we were training today and I said "maybe tomorrow".
The youngest instantly said "come on dad, make an effort".

S & S again with our gang of three 'doing' and the duchess offering useful advice.
Most sets with 20kg now. Boys wanting more so investing in a 7.5 tomorrow. Aldi sell them for a ridiculously low price.
