I used to be able to clean and heave press two 32's. *sighs*
I promised she-who-must-be-obeyed I wouldn't use a 32kg but reasoned that adding a few plates on a 24kg doesn't REALLY count ...

I decided to do more presses a while ago but didn't want to disrupt my normal s and s training.
So as I keep them in the kitchen I thought 'every time I make a brew' ...
Several times a day for a couple of weeks I picked up the 24kg and did about three presses on each side. No strain. It got very easy.
Test day today. 22 reps with the right and 19 with the left. Both felt easy until about the last two.
WTH?

Pressing responds very well to a GTG type thing. I get the same results from Pull ups like that.
