Have not updated my beering! Umm. Samuel Smith Winter Welcome is very welcome. Some tasty limited Sam Adams beers I had lately.. Merry Mischief Gingerbread stout(9%) So yummy. Spicy and warm.. Norse Legend Ale (7.5%) Juniper ale. Interesting and sort of IPA like Vixen (spicy chocolate bach) Very good. (9%) On deck is a Griffen Bow Barley Wine (10%) from that batch. Big Sky Cowboy Coffee Porter is very good if you like a coffee flavored porter. Looking forward to some new stuff from Sam Adams in their spring pack. Still have not opened my Stone Vertical 12-12-12 Attachments:

Moved on from the KISS beer and have just had a Oettinger Pils which wasn't too bad at all. Now having a Paulaner natural wheat beer so far that has been my favourite. Still have one more to go. Might be tomorrow, will see how I go.

Ended up having the last one Amstel this was my least favourite of them all. Not much flavour to the beer.

Got the new Sam Adams Spring pack. 6 different beers.
So far I tried the
Double Agent IPL- Crisp like a lager but with the hops like an IPA Maple Pecan Porter - Smooth and delicious White Lantern - A belgian style wit beer. Normally not my favorite style but this was very good.

Let's see what have I had lately.
Sam Adams Alpine Spring. Very tasty and refreshing unfiltered lager with citrus notes.
Sam Adam's Griffins Bow (10% Barleywine) This one was pretty amazing. Tastes like a very nice Double IPA but with a huge Malt backbone and a touch of honey/citrus sweetness. Not overwhelming. Bit of an alcohol taste on the back side of drink. At 22oz one bottle is all you need for a good night.

While on Holiday in Tasmania I have been LOVING the local beer! Cascade Draught & James Boags put the beer back home to shame!

Had my Stone Vertical 12-12-12 beer. 9% 22oz bottle.
Very malty, thick, dark with hints of fig, ginger and molasses. Lots of hops on the back end.
I don't know if my dinner was a bit light or this is just a very powerful brew. I was feeling pretty good all night on just the one. ;D

Picked up a case of the Sam Adams "hopology" collection.
6 different IPA inspired beers.
I tried the "Third Voyage" 8% DIPA and it was very good. Very much like a traditional English IPA with double the horsepower.
I will try 2 others tonight.
