OS flow and 10 minutes baby crawls.
Sleep is on the agenda today.

I did do some OS flow in the afternoon when I felt better.

Today I feel much much better!! So do the kids!
OS Flow- Today I will break down this one to better show you all.
Started with Neck Nods/Head control on stomach 1 set of Dead Bugs x40 Segmental Rolling Upper body both sides/ways and lower body both sides/ways x3 each 1 set of Dead Bugs x40 Rocking Plantar flexed x20 Bird Dogs with Cross crawl each rep x20 Baby Crawl 50 steps forward/backward.
Then
Goblet Squat x 5 @28kg One Arm Swings 5R/5L @28kg 10 rounds @45 seconds
Cool down was rocking/cross crawls.

Over the weekend I did some 10x10 swings with the 32kg, played with my new rope and bells at the park and did some backwards uphill leopard crawling. Brutal.
Today
1/11/2015 OS Flow Goblet Squat x5 @28kg Clean to Press 3 x 1,2,3 @28kg Marching between sets Swings 5L,5R x10 rounds @40 seconds with 28kg Rocking/head nods for a cool down.

Have not had a day away from the Bell in a bit so today a bit easier. Also my abs were smoked still from Sunday/Monday
OS Flow Baby Crawl 10 minutes forward/backward/laterally/axis with the 10# headweight Neck nods with 10# head wieght 10 up/down 10 side/side

The weekend I took it easy. No Enshin due to parking logistics and I skipped my SFG coaching due to massive hayfever attack but I think it worked out okay.
Today.
OS Flow with Spider-man crawls back in. All KB work with a 28kg Clean to Press 1 x 1,2,3,4 2 x 1,2,3 Swings 5R/5L 10 sets @40 seconds. Bell was just POP N Float the whole time. Breathing came easy too.
Cool down was head control and rocking

There is all kinds of crazy plants here that people have brought here over the years that mess me up.
I get a few bad spurts of it in the winter and in the spring.

Super smokey session at Enshin last night. Pretty zapped today so doing MED day and saving Heavy day for Friday
